Aric denton

Aric has years of experience as owner and/or operator of small businesses in numerous industries.  However, his true passion is finance with a background in financial strategy, commercial banking, and managerial finance.  Aric currently maintains a strong advisory and fractional CFO practice that focuses on key verticals in the Austin economy, and has recently served as an advisor to middle market companies with combined annual revenue over $100 million. He has worked with multiple companies in the Austin area in his roles as CFO, owner, and investor and has served as CFO through multiple, multi-million dollar equity raises and debt placements.

Previously as a banker, he managed a $30M loan portfolio and underwrote debt financing of over $250M for local businesses. He received his MBA with a focus in Finance from St. Edward's University with a BA in Business Administration from Baylor University.

Aric has always been the daring type with bold actions balanced by good values.  Aric believes that in order to be successful, hard work and knowledge of your field are requisites, but it is Grit and Willpower that are the main drivers of greatness.  With every engagement, Aric delivers all three.

Dakota Park

Dakota is an informal, natural leader with comprehensive financial analysis and business development skills developed over the course of his professional career. Dakota has adapted to everchanging market and environmental dynamics to be a key advisory resource and tool for clients looking to accelerate business growth and be positioned appropriately for future challenges. Through his work in the commercial banking industry as a senior analyst and relationship officer, Dakota helped business owners in the Central Texas market to obtain pertinent financing congruent with client needs. With clients spread geographically across various industries with annual gross sales ranging from the thousands to hundreds of millions, Dakota is able to leverage his experience to most effectively advise and cater to the unique needs of each client.

 A Texas native, Dakota relocated from San Antonio to Waco to further his education at Baylor University, receiving a Bachelor of Business Administration with majors in Finance and Accounting.
